Main areas of responsibility * Accurate and timely input and updates of risk, financial, and other information and correspondence into the underwriting platform and associated systems. * General administrative support for underwriting teams across various processes, including on a project basis. * Investigation of credit control queries and liaising with underwriters, brokers and business partners for resolution where appropriate Core attributes * Comfortable accurately working with detail within consistent and repeatable processes * Takes ownership and ensures a successful outcome * Willingness to learn and develop * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Engages effectively with others and works well within a team * Good written and verbal communication skills * Effective time management and organisational skills * Analytical thinker who remonstrates sound judgement and decision making Technical expertise * Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook * Prior experience with insurance administrative platforms and processes is a bonus Ref 8346
