HNW Account Executive

Our client who is a large Lloyds Broker is looking for an Account Executive to join their expanding Private Clients team in the London office. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the Client Director to service High Net Worth and Ultra High NetWorth clients business. Main Duties: * Work closely with a Client Director looking after a large portfolio and other HNW & UHNW clients. * Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients and have the ability to round out existing accounts. * Effectively target and bring in new clients from the marketplace, by working your network and attending events. * Establishing and managing each client a renewal strategy in accordance with the division’s procedures/ aims to maximise renewal success. * Negotiate with insurers and clients. * Ensure that clients are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given. * Liaise with Claims Handlers as required, to ensure the smooth progression of any claims. * Ensure that premiums are paid in a timely fashion * Actively support the business with a range of projects for the Division. * Lead from the front, and support in developing and coaching junior members of the team. * Travel to see clients, including overseas travel - as needed. Senior Risk Engineer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer or established risk engineer with specialist knowledge of the oil & gas or petrochemical or energy sector. You will be joining a global insurance broker to conduct pre-risk surveys for facilities in several international territories. Overview To deliver client service through performing insurance risk surveys of clients’ facilities and preparation of detailed written reports for the international reinsurance market. Also, responsible for providing engineering technical support to; Account Executives, the Claims Department, and Insurance Risk Seminars. Examples of tasks / responsibilities * Identifies and manages client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment * Lead plant surveys and present recommendations at Plant Director level * Builds and maintains strong client relationships * Ensures there are sufficient resources to meet client day-to-day demands and escalates servicing issues to divisional management as necessary * Provide written and author expertise for reports, proposals, specials studies, articles and client documentation. * Provide timely and accurate detailed engineering reports for the international insurance market. * Manage clients’ and underwriters’ requirements in accordance with the terms of the appointment and maintain the client relationship. * Ensure that clients’ business and operational risks are identified and assessment and interpretation is undertaken regularly. * Assist with the management of key clients and overall corporate reputation. * Acts as an ambassador of the business and the London market Essential skills * Engineering degree or Chartered Engineer qualification * Extensive operational experience of oil, gas or petrochemical facilities * Knowledge of oil, gas and energy industries * Flexible approach to international travel Desirable Skills * Insurance and industry structure and operation, including regulations (non-essential) * Sector specific risk and insurance products/solutions (non-essential) * Fluent Spanish speaker (desirable) * Fluent French speaker (desirable) What you need to know * Salary – 100,000 to 120,000 * Annual bonus & Benefits package * Work in a dynamic environment * Develop skills, knowledge and expertise * Become a key partner with autonomy and responsibility REF: 9601 Interested?
