About the Role:

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a holistic approach that enables the company to address the needs of its employees, customers, local communities and wider society.



This role offers the right candidate a launch pad for a career in CSR and/or internal and external communications within a highly successful company. The role will offer exposure to leaders within the business who are committed to driving initiatives forward.

This is a new position, so a successful candidate will help define the role and its responsibilities. They will become the 'go to person' within the business for CSR and see first-hand the impact that the Company's initiatives have on the charities, staff and communities we support.



The Corporate Social Responsibility Associate will be instrumental in assisting in the on-going implementation and support of the CSR strategy and activities. The individual will provide coordination and administrative support, internal/external communications assistance and data analysis support to the CSR committee in all aspects of raising the CSR profile of the company. They will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team, Chair of the CSR Committee, CSR Ambassadors and Senior Managers to deliver various CSR initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

·Support the implementation of the Company's CSR strategy

·Work with the Communications manager and CSR committee to articulate the CSR strategy

·Creating and drafting both internal and external CSR communications

·Coordinate and assist in the management of all CSR activities ranging from large corporate fundraising events to sports challenges and bake sales

·Management of CSR social media messaging

·Assist with responses to both internal and external CSR queries

·Management of the CSR intranet pages on the SharePoint site

·Create and draft the quarterly CSR newsletter

·Assist with the researching of CSR initiatives

·Support the CSR Chair and Ambassadors to liaise with the partner charities when required and assist in coordinating employee volunteering opportunities

·Assist all International offices with their CSR initiatives

·Coordinate reporting of the amounts raised for each of our partnership charities by employees and the company



Skills and Experience Specification:

·High literacy and numeracy levels - must have Maths and English to at least GCSE level or equivalent.

·Some experience of working within the professional services office environment

·Proficient in Outlook and solid experience using the Microsoft Office suite

·Excellent all-round communication and writing skills, with the ability to summarise key messages in clear language

·Can do attitude, energetic, enthusiastic; demonstrates persistence and adaptability

·Professional approach and delivery of work product

·Focus on timely delivery of quality outputs

·Excellent interpersonal skills

·Drive and commitment to achieve individual, project and team objectives
