About the Company:

Chartered Insurance Broker with the industries gold standard reward. Providing Insurance for the jewellery trade for National customers.



Key Duties:

·Successfully process insurance renewals and MTA's and new business enquiries and provide a first class service to clients by fulfilling their insurance requirements.

·Support and technical assistance to Account Executives

·Provide claims assistance when required

·Handle day to day queries from clients and act as point of contact.

·Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues.

·Liaise with colleagues to share information about the current insurance marketplace, and to assist them with any insurance queries.

·Provide insurers and underwriters with accurate information to ensure they can assess each risk correctly.

·Maintain accurate files and to ensure copies of correspondence are correctly recorded.



SKILLS REQUIRED:



·Account Handling experience, ideally JB/specie insurance but a general commercial or HNW background would suffice.

·Preferably Cert qualified. (However there is a contractual requirement that if the candidate is not Cert CII qualified that this be obtained with a 12 month period which would be sponsored and then they provide a financial bonus on completion)

·Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.

·Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

·Gather and analyse information for the client and resolve problems.

·Demonstrating a client focussed approach.

·Identify and respond appropriately to an individual client's level of understanding.

·Identify and match products with client requirements.
