About the Role

Assist a group of individual Members' Executives with all aspects of their day to day management of their Members' Lloyd's affairs



Main Tasks



* Ensure that all Lloyd's rules and initiatives are kept abreast of and implemented in day-to-day work practice and that this knowledge is shared, and where possible imparted with the Executives.

* Assist the Executives with the day-to-day running of their clients Lloyd's affairs.

* Work with the Operations Manager and Operations team to remove any area of duplication and assist with any procedural change programme.

* Provide cover within the Private Client Assistant team and ensure that all telephone calls are taken and dealt with, or messages taken when the Executive is unavailable.

* Ensure that Members know of and understand the team structure and the Assistants role.

* Attend individual and group meetings wherever possible.

* Assist with the collection and payment of losses and cash calls.

* Assist with the release and payment of profits and of surplus Funds at Lloyd's.

* Assist with the management and maintenance of Funds at Lloyd's.

* Assist with the provision of advice and assistance in relation to the Coming-into-Line and release test exercises.

* Ensure that the requirements of limited liability underwriting are understood and that assistance is provided to the Executives in this regard.
