About the Role

Ambitious and dynamic professional needed to join a busy Real Estate team. They are looking for a loyal, honest and credible insurance sales executive; working within the superior Real Estate sector in London. You'll actively grow and source new opportunities along with retaining existing clients.



Key Duties

·Actively seek and respond to all new business opportunities whilst exceeding targets.

·Strong focus on the monetary goals and engaging with clients

·Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in order to help them using expert knowledge. They offer a broad range of services and products, providing plenty of chances to upsell.

·You present a confident, dynamic and professional image of our company to everyone you meet; you're passionate, highly motivated and happy to build the brand.

·Networking and relationship management internally and externally to grow a successful portfolio of clients

·Build on a pipeline that is established and grow on new and existing contacts.

·Passion and a desire to enhance your offering by harnessing social media



Key Skills / Experience

·Previous insurance industry experience essential

·Knowledge / experience within Real Estate would be a huge advantage as would a working knowledge of sales force.

·Keen eye for business, sales management experience; gained in a commercial setting and the dedication to deliver, we believe in your abilities.

·Your proven track record of delivering against targets within a regulated, measurable framework is solid. You're happy when generating leads and building pipelines, for you it's about making things happen and managing the full client lifecycle.

·With real compassion and genuine engagement, you gain trust easily and display the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.

·Eligible to work in the UK and have the ability to travel
