An exciting and rewarding career opportunity that will suit a sales and relationship specialist within the UK Commercial insurance sector.



You will be joining a diverse and dynamic insurance business who have a number of delegated underwriting schemes, a Lloyds broker platform and a UK network of independent brokers.



This role will be to manage existing relationships with network broker partners and seek to introduce new brokers to the network.



You will oversee over 100 existing clients located in the Midlands and West.



Candidates must possess a proven track record of managing strategic client relationships together with in-depth knowledge of commercial insurances and the UK broker market.



The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and driven. You be able to create enthusiasm, offer guidance, educate and be able to devise innovative solutions to problems.



Role Summary:



·Effectively manage the relationship of the Network members.

·Promote, educate and support insurance products and panel insurers.

·Promote other businesses within the group.

·Promote the Growth of GWP, Revenue and profitability of all member accounts with insurers, suppliers and partners by regularly reviewing MI and encouraging placement strategy.

·Promote ancillary services to member brokers such as HR and Compliance.

·Maintain excellent working relationships with allocated members, local insurer offices and suppliers alike, (including the employees within the group) via competent and efficient communication and action and a positive can-do attitude.

·Actively encourage and acquire new broker members to the network.

·Manage and oversee the processing, recording and communication of all relevant documentation and management information associated with your duties.

·Attend and be an active contributor to monthly sales and strategic meetings in London.

·Attend and be an active participant in all corporate functions, conferences and organised events that affect or involve your brokers, insurers, supplier and partners.



Salary: c£50,000 + car allowance, bonus scheme and benefits package
