The ideal candidate will, therefore, have the ability to adapt to any eventuality that might come about. They should have the flexibility to devise innovative solutions to problems and possess a resourcefulness to be able to act when confronted with new and unique situations.



The team is looking for a highly motivated individual with good analytical skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Access & Excel. A background in Insurance is highly desirable.



The role will involve but is not limited to:



·Documentation of end-to-end operational processes by gathering business requirements and mapping processes

·Transitioning processes to our offshore analysts and providing remote training

·Liaise with actuaries, underwriters, IT developers, account managers and clients

·Preparation of monthly statistical reports

·Monitoring internationally received data - checking for accuracy and reporting exceptions

·Analysis of new and existing accounts and assist underwriters on pricing



You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience:

·A strong numerical education (a degree is desirable)

·Strong analytical skills

·Good working experience of MS Access (a good grasp of relational databases is a must with a strong understanding queries, reports, forms, macros) ideally to VBA level

·Excellent knowledge of Excel

·Working experience using Visio, Word and PowerPoint is desirable

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to operate sensitively in multinational environment & build effective working relationships with clients

·High attention to detail

To c£45,000 + annual bonus & benefits
