Leading Insurance Company based in the city have a new role within their Human Resources department



Responsibilities:

∑Support the HR Manager with all recruitment administration.

∑Assist the HR Manager in sourcing candidates by utilising recruitment agencies and LinkedIn.

∑Process CV's through our Applicant Tracking System.

∑Review both agency and direct CV's to assess suitability against job specification and criteria.

∑Manage and co-ordinate the interview bookings.

∑Liaising with the hiring managers to obtain feedback on CV's.

∑Produce and send out offer packs including the contract and offer letters as well as any additional joiner paperwork.

∑Manage and complete the 'New Starters Checklist' and undertake the tasks in a timely manner which includes processing reference requests, updating Organisation charts (using VISIO), booking day one inductions, setting up IT access, and updating systems, databases and filing.

∑Send out references, criminal records check and credit checks (where applicable) via our external partner 'Accurate Background', monitor the responses and question any discrepancies.

∑Take ownership of the contractors within the company including ensuring IT access is set up and cancelled as appropriate and undertake relevant criminal record checks and make sure starters checklists are completed.

∑Update and review recruitment and joiner spreadsheets and assist in compiling recruitment metrics and analysis.

∑Facilitation / administration of testing for some roles.

∑Assistance with interviews for junior roles may also be required.

∑Assist the HR Manager in project work where required

∑Assist the Head of HR and the HR team with ad hoc work and projects as required.



Skills and Experience Specification:



∑Recruitment administration experience including using social media platforms to source candidates.

∑Experience of building relationships both internally and externally to the company.

∑Excellent administration skills, with good attention to detail.

∑Organised with ability to prioritise workload.

∑Good communication skills, written and verbal.

∑Excellent team player with ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.

∑Good working knowledge of MS office packages
