Established company will a fantastic reputation who underwrites a diverse portfolio of property, casualty and marine insurance and reinsurance business on a world-wide basis through Lloyds of London, and regionally through commercial insurance routes.



The Claims department aim to be market-leaders in the provision of an efficient, cost-effective and professional service to our brokers and clients.



Duties and accountabilities

·Day to day oversight of the end to end onboarding process for delegated claims handling arrangements, providing guidance to claims adjusters throughout the process.

·Production of the annual Delegated Claims Audit schedule, aligning with the Delegated Underwriting schedule, and ongoing oversight of performance against the schedule.

·Production of internal and external reporting for delegated claims handling.

·Project coordination and change management for a greed projects relating to claims' processes, systems and reports, including but not limited to:

·Claims delegated due diligence and audit alignment

·Brexit

·Core system upgrades

·Working with Head of Claims Operations, Senior Systems and Data Analyst and, where appropriate, claims team members, in order to identify, prioritise, recommend, manage and deliver changes to Claims processes to drive efficiency and scalability.

·Working in collaboration with the Wholesale and National Markets claims teams to provide excellent customer service.



Skills, knowledge and experience

·Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment for claims management, oversight, including delegated claims handling.

·Experience in managing and delivering change projects.

·Ability to build, maintain and influence relationships across an organisation to achieve desired results.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·IT skills - experience user of MS Office.

·Excellent time management skills.
