Job Summary

·Responsibility for posting expenses into SAP

·Expense analysis for tax purposes

·System and balance sheet reconciliations

·User of the purchasing system (Ariba)



Key duties and responsibilities

·Posting personal & vendor expenses in SAP

·Preparing weekly vendor payment run

·AP queries with employees & vendors

·PSA checks on SAP entries submitted to HMRC

·Categorising legal and consulting entries for tax purposes

·Monitoring/reconciling monthly travel expenditure

·Processing invoices for various departments

·Filing

·Posting entries on the general ledger system

·System to system and balance sheet reconciliations

·Ensuring that all transactions are completely and accurately recorded in the books of the company

·Ensuring controls are adhered to, to safeguard the assets of the company



Key Experience:



Required

·2 years + experience with general ledger system

·Reconciliation experience, both system to system and balance sheet

·Knowledge of SAP



Desirable

·Experience of using a purchasing subsystem

·PSA preparation

·AP/AR experience
