Team Secretary to £25,000 City Leading Lloyds Broker is seeking to recruit a Team Secretary/Administrator. Overall Role: Team Secretary / Administrator is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Division. Key Accountabilities / Core Competence Indicators: Secretarial, administration and support for the Division Departmental correspondence Departmental records administration Diary control Typing Maintain departmental records General administration duties, to include taking minutes of meetings Pre-checking of Divisional Documentation Turnaround of tasks within a given time frame Accuracy Ensure filing is kept up to date at all times Monitoring of Premium Payment Warranties Processing of Non Premium Endorsements (NPE’s) Arrange and co-ordinate travel (including Visa’s), trips, lunches and company flat bookings Ensure travel arrangements and itineraries are organised and run according to plan. Ensure meeting rooms and catering requirements are booked for both internal meetings and clients and ensure that the needs of clients are catered for.
