Key Responsibilities •Assist in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service. •Liaise effectively with the Account Executive to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal, attend client meetings as necessary and action meeting points (if applicable). •Undertake market exercise to establish most competitive terms available. •Obtain renewal terms and present to client. •Produce and issue professional summaries and reports using templates. •Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty. •Prioritise and handle all work promptly and accurately. •Handle all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards. •Record all relevant information, correspondence and documentation and make effective use of the diary system. •Produce accurate and professional documentation at all times using relevant templates. •Process adjustments in line with procedures Ref 7599

Experience & Professional Qualifications • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market. Must be qualified to a minimum of Cert CII (or gain the qualification within 18 months of joining). Key Responsibilities •Assist in achieving Group/Division client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service. •Liaise effectively with the Account Executive to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal, attend client meetings as necessary and action meeting points (if applicable). •Undertake market exercise to establish most competitive terms available. •Obtain renewal terms and present to client. •Produce and issue professional summaries and reports using templates. •Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty. •Ensure premiums are collected prior to the commencement of cover and in line with procedures. •Prioritise and handle all work promptly and accurately. •Handle all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards. •Record all relevant information, correspondence and documentation on Acturis and make effective use of the diary system. •Produce accurate and professional documentation at all times using relevant templates. •Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premium. •Actively cross-sell products from other Divisions. •Refer all queries that fall outside own experience, knowledge and authority to senior staff. •Liaise with and assist other branches and Group Resources as necessary.

Key tasks and responsibilities: ·Provide day to day servicing of a client’s insurance programme to support retention and development of the business ·Research, prepare and present renewal reports to account team ·Obtain quotations both or new and renewal business ·Prepare market presentations ·Effectively manage the credit control processes, actively track premium payments and pursue uncollected premium, promptly escalate in line with credit control process ·Serve client's needs, ensuring exceptional service through close and regular interaction ·Diligently check policy documentation in accordance with regulations ·Respond and manage with queries including but not limited to changes in cover and risk ·Manage and coordinate global insurance programmes and liaise with the network worldwide ·Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client contacts ·Cultivate a positive network of relationships with insurers, lawyers and loss adjusters ·Seek to identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients and maintain a robust approach, delivering a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs ·Provide feedback for insurer review meetings and actively contribute to the development of relationships Candidate Profile: ·Candidates have insurance experience ideally attained in Real Estate / Property Insurance ·Strong technical knowledge of property risks as well as associated casualty lines of business. ·Poses excellent communications skills and attend external client meetings when required. ·Energy and appetite to learn and proven can develop and progress within the business ·This is predominantly an office-based role with training and study support offered.
