They are a CII accredited broker offering an extensive suite of commercial and private insurance products. In order to offer clients the best possible service they are seeking to recruit a Client Services Supervisor. The role will focus in two areas ; leadership,supervision,training and development of a small team of commercial account handlers. And you will also be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of key accounts handling general queries, renewals,MTA's and claims referrals. The successful candidate MUST posses strong technical commercial insurance experience, team management experience and excellent client relationship skills.
