MW Appointments was founded in 1992 by Michelle Wagner FREC, with the aim of providing a professional, knowledgeable and personal recruitment service to both clients and candidates within the insurance and reinsurance sector. The company is still privately owned and operated thus ensuring you will receive a service that genuinely cares about each individual.

At MW Appointments we are dedicated to offering candidates a focused and personal service, providing professional support through every step of the recruitment process. Working together we will pinpoint your skills & experience and identify your aims & aspirations so that we can find you the right opportunities. At every stage we believe that candidates should remain in control. We discuss all roles before submitting cv’s , provide pertinent interview preparation,  provide sensible feedback as quickly as possible and even advise you on resignation protocol.

Clients include smaller private brokers & Blue Chip PLC broking organisations, Lloyds’ brokers, Global insurers, Syndicate Managing Agents and a variety of out-source service providers. We have a history of providing permanent, temporary and contract staff from trainee through all levels to the boardroom.
